    Dynamic Pricing allows Interhome to deviate from the base price by ±20% to secure higher prices for bookings in high-demand periods and secure great occupancy in low-demand periods. The overall target is to improve the rental revenue achieved by each property. While booking trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing are continuously and automatically monitored, every price movement is checked by our revenue management team and local experts to ensure that any measure benefits your property.

    A holiday home with Dynamic Pricing generates, on average, 18% more revenue than a property with fixed pricing. 
  • Who manages Dynamic Pricing at Interhome?

Your trusted local experts take care that prices stay at a reasonable level – even in the off season. Furthermore, price changes are limited to ±20% of the base price. Any proposed changes to the base price are being communicated transparently to you, giving you the opportunity to review any prices together with our service team. 
  • How quickly can I activate dynamic pricing?

    You can enable Dynamic Pricing in just a few simple steps: log in to your Owner Portal, go to the “opportunities” section, and click “Activate Dynamic Pricing".  
    After a few days, once the best pricing strategy for your property has been developed and verified, the pricing will be continuously optimised to fit the current market situation. 
  • Can I deactivate Dynamic Pricing whenever I want?

    Yes, you can deactivate Dynamic Pricing at any time. Simply contact us through the Owner Portal or by phone, and we will process your request. We’d also appreciate your feedback to better understand your needs and preferences.   
  • How does it affect my existing bookings and future reservations?

    Existing bookings will not be subject to any changes, while the prices for the booked periods might be. If a booking gets cancelled, a new booking might be placed at a new price. 
  • Is Dynamic Pricing included in my service with Interhome?

    Yes - this service is completely free to anyone who rents out their holiday home with Interhome. Since Interhome only earns when your property is booked, we’re opting for the perfect balance between the highest price possible and the optimal occupancy to achieve the highest rental value. 
  • Do other owners already use it successfully?
