Depending on the destination, we offer a variety of different options ranging from the basic handling of the professional marketing to an all-inclusive package which includes full service on-site, varied interface partner integration or also the purchase of agencies.

Quality management

We know our products. All holiday houses and apartments are visited and assessed by Interhome Group staff before being included in our portfolio.

Building maintenance

  • Interhome Group looks after your property before, during and after occupancy.
  • Your property will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guest between reservations.
  • Your property is also carefully looked after and regularly checked, even during your absence.
  • At the end of the season, we will perform a detailed inspection of your holiday property and provide you with a report containing suggestions for possible improvement and a list of any necessary repairs.            
  • Before the season begins, your holiday home will be prepared in consultation with you. 
  • Interhome Group will take care of tasks including spring or season-end cleaning of the property and outbuildings, as well as laundry – these costs will be charged separately.

On site guest service

  • Check-in: We welcome every guest personally at our local service office.
  • Customer care: Not only can we be reached 24 hours a day by you and your guests, there is also a personal contact person available on site.
  • Additional services: Your guests have the chance to book other additional services (WiFi, cot, buggy, extra bed, high chair, linen and towels, ...).
  • Local knowledge: Interhome Group employees at the local service offices know the area inside out and are able to assist guests with tips and advice.
  • Booking Points: Of course, the next holiday can also be booked at the local Service office.
  • Check-out: Interhome Group staff will make sure they personally say goodbye to each guest.

Self management

If you would like to be solely responsible for your property and welcome guests yourself, we can provide you with the advice you need.

You or your representative will have the same keyholder responsibilities like we do. The following section provides useful information on your duties and tasks.

  • Every customer is sent a description of how to get the keyholder’s location and a travel voucher containing all the relevant booking information.
  • The holiday property must be properly checked and prepared before the guests arrive to ensure that they will find clean and welcoming accommodation.
  • As set out in the terms of our contract, customers will arrive between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. However, we do ask for your understanding should the client be delayed.
  • On arrival, the customer should hand the keyholder the Interhome Group travel voucher and the agreed breakage deposit.
  • Any additional services which are not already included in the rental price, such as WiFi or bed linen and any applicable local tax must be paid by the customer directly on site.
  • The keyholder must react immediately if any problems occur during or between bookings, and must inform the owner of any necessary repairs or purchases.
  • We send you a weekly reservations list with all existing bookings by email or post.
  • If the keyholder is away or cannot be on-site, a replacement should be organized to ensure that customers can be welcomed as usual.

Partner Agency Contract
We take care of the data entry and data management within our management- and reservation system. Interhome Group is in charge of the marketing of your accommodation properties through our distribution network on a direct sale basis. It is possible to block part of the portfolio or to make certain properties only partially available.

Interhome Group Light Contract
Online solution for self managing own properties (description, prices, photos, general administration).

Interhome Group interface partner (Integration opportunities flux XML, Webpush)
Do you have your own property management system or your own booking platform? Are you a software developer offering such services to your customers?
We offer you the possibility to synchronize your availability and price data in real time. There are different possibilities for inbound interfaces (one-way/two-way).

Business Partner Contract (Local representation)
This cooperation model is based on a remuneration concept. New properties are acquired on behalf of Interhome Group.
